Attachable sawmill SW 1600

The ‘Made in Switzerland’ add-on sawmill transforms any chainsaw (from approx. 2.2 kW) into a small, mobile sawmill by simple assembly.

• The device is attached to the existing chainsaw rail using clamping jaws, so a special rail is not required
• The maximum diameter of the log to be processed with the SW 1600 (when using 180 cm saw equipment) is 160 cm log diameter,
• The attachment sawmill produces precisely cut boards and beams in thicknesses from 1.5 to 35 cm for the construction of huts, park benches, etc.
• The use of a rip saw chain is recommended, as this guarantees faster, cleaner and smoother running.
• For chainsaws from 2.2 kW (3 DIN HP) - we recommend a power of approx. 1 HP per 10 cm diameter
